Apa itu BPO?

Business Process Outsourcing atau BPO merupakan kegiatan pengalihdayaan sebagian proses bisnis perusahaan kepada pihak ketiga dengan tujuan untuk efisiensi biaya serta mengurangi resiko pada perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat lebih fokus pada bisnis intinya.

BPO biasanya dikategorikan ke dalam back-office outsourcing, yang mencakup fungsi bisnis internal seperti sumber daya manusia atau keuangan dan akuntansi, dan front office outsourcing, yang meliputi layanan pelanggan yang berhubungan seperti layanan customer service dan cleaning service.

BPO Cleaning Service di PPBM

Di PPBM, setiap calon karyawan/outsourcing yang ditempatkan di divisi cleaning service mengikuti training terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan selama 5 hari. Mereka juga dibekali 18 SOP PPBM.

Setelah ditempatkan di area, cleaning service operator dipandu dan diawasi oleh supervisor untuk memastikan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan SOP. Supervisor juga melakukan finding check setiap hari untuk memastikan apakah masih ada yang perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan dibuatkan improvement plan, yang akan dilaporkan kepada klien.

Pengawas diwajibkan membuat tiga jenis laporan yaitu laporan harian, laporan bulanan, dan laporan tahunan. Laporan harian dibuat dengan mendokumentasikan keadaan sebelum dikerjakan, saat proses pengerjaan, dan setelah dikerjakan. Laporan tersebut  diserahkan kepada klien setiap harinya.

Sedangkan laporan bulanan disusun berdasarkan akumulasi pekerjaan harian agar pihak PPBM dapat mempelajari bersama dengan klien pemenuhan SLA dan KPI dalam mengukur performance bulan sebelumnya.

Sementara itu, laporan tahunan disusun bertujuan untuk mengakumulasi seluruh pekerjaan dari awal pekerjaan dilakukan sampai dengan kontrak pekerjaan selesai, yang bertujuan untuk proses pembaharuan kontrak.

Selain training di awal, para cleaning service operator juga wajib mengikuti refreshment training setiap 3 bulan sekali. Tujuannya untuk mengembangkan sikap, meningkatkan skill dan knowledge serta service excellence yang diberikan kepada klien.

PPBM tak lupa mengevaluasi kinerja para karyawan setiap tahunnya agar dapat memberikan apresiasi kepada mereka yang telah bekerja dengan baik. Dengan begitu, para karyawan akan merasa dihargai atas kerja keras dan semangatnya dalam memberikan jasa cleaning service dan jasa satpam/security yang terbaik. Hal ini juga memotivasi mereka serta karyawan lain untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan performa mereka.
