PPBM laksanakan Test Kesamaptaan untuk calon Anggota Security

Untuk menjadi seorang Satuan Pengamanan/ Satpam harus melalui beberapa tes, salah satunya adalah tes kesamaptaan / jasmani. Tes kesamaptaan adalah suatu rangkaian tes fisik bagi calon Satpam yang akan masuk ke salah satu perusahaan/instansi. Apabila akan mengikuti tes samapta sebaiknya siapkan fisik dengan sebaik-baiknya dan berlatihlah mulai dini agar dapat melewati tes dengan mudah dan lancar.

Materi tes fisik samapta satpam antara lain sebagai berikut :

LARI SELAMA 12 MENIT

Tes lari 12 menit yaitu peserta tes calon satpam pekanbaru diwajibkan mampu berlari dalam 12 menit atau 8 putaran jalur atletik standar olimpiade (400 meter) atau 3200 meter. Jarak minimal yang harus dilalui peserta tes adalah 2400 meter atau 6 putaran.

PUSH UP 1 MENIT

Push up adalah suatu jenis senam kekuatan yang berfungsi untuk menguatkan otot bisep maupun trisep. Posisi awal tidur tengkurap dengan tangan di sisi kanan kiri badan. Kemudian badan didorong ke atas dengan kekuatan tangan. Posisi kaki dan badan tetap lurus atau tegap. Nilai poin 100 apabila dalam 1 menit mampu melakukan push up dengan gerakan yang benar sebanyak 43 (empat puluh tiga) atau lebih.

SIT UP 1 MENIT

  1. Sit up adalah latihan resistensi bagian otot, khususnya otot perut dengan cara membaringkan diri pada sebuah media, baik media matras maupun langsung di lantai atau tanah. Sit up dilakukan dengan melipat kedua lutut dan menjejakkannya di lantai, serta bagian punggung berada pada posisi tidur, serta ditarik agak kedepan menuju arah lutut.
  2. Gerakan sit up dilakukan dalam beberapa kali set dengan nafas yang teratur. Nilai poin 100 apabila dalam 1 menit mampu melakukan sit up dengan gerakan yang benar sebanyak 43 atau lebih.

PULL UP 1 MENIT

  1. Pull Up adalah suatu latihan otot punggung yang dilakukan dengan cara bergantungan pada palang atau bar besi untuk menarik tubuh hingga dagu sejajar sedikit di atas.
  2. Pull up yg benar adalah menggantung dgn menggenggam palang besi, mengangkat badan hingga dagu melewati palang, badan lurus. Nilai poin 100 apabila dalam 1 menit mampu melakukan pull up dengan gerakan yang benar sebanyak 18 atau lebih.

SHUTTLE RUN – LARI MEMBENTUK ANGKA 8

  1. Shuttle – Run merupakan tes yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kelincahan, yaitu kemampuan untuk mengubah arah dengan cepat sambil melakukan gerakan
  2. Berlari cepat membentuk pola angka 8 antara dua titik dengan jarak 10 meter sebanyak 3 kali. Nilai poin 100 apabila 3 putaran mampu selesai dalam waktu kurang dari 16 detik.
